Ford Cosworth BDG - Walford Phase 1 77.62 and 84mm stroke

This is our new development of the BDG crank. The original BDA had an 81mm piston and the BDG is 90 so we have altered the design to give more counterweighting, but with lower weight and lower rotational inertia. A comparison is show against the ‘standard’ crank. We also have an 84mm version of this which can be used with up to 97mm bore for 2.5 litre.
